Front End Web Developer- Remote

Please note: This is a dual role as you'll be asked to chip in on the product team (Figma, React, Tailwind), as well as the creative team (Figma, Wordpress, Webflow). Ideal candidates MUST have experience in BOTH websites and applications. Please see the position requirements below for further detail.

As a Front-end Web Developer at Brado, you are responsible for translating UI/UX wireframes and design comps to code that will produce responsive websites / web applications. As an important member of a development team, you will be working with designers and other software developers to bridge the gap between user interface and technical implementation. You will take an active role in defining how the application looks and functions.

While this is a remote position, ideal candidates will live near one of our collaboration centers in St. Louis, Chicago or the Dallas/Ft.Worth areas, so that they can be on-site with teams regularly.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Ensure the technical feasibility and accessibility of UI/UX designs
• Build reusable code and component libraries
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to manage the development process including asset production, front-end build, content migration, QA, and application deployment.

Requirements

Mandatory Product Team requirements:

• 6+ years of front-end application development utilizing React with Remix or NextJS
• Working knowledge of WebSockets
• Experience implementing third party SSO authentication such as Google authentication
• Experience working with the creation and development of multi-Tenant applications
• Implementing multiple UI Skins for different customers (white label)
• Experience working with Figma and translating wire frames
• Transitioning mock-ups to CSS and functional user experience
• Ability to easily Merge and Branch using common source repositories such as BitBucket or GitHub

• Experience with Agile practices (preferred)
• Ensuring best security practices are met such as OWASP standards (preferred)
• Experience consuming Rest API endpoints (preferred)
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (preferred)
• Experience working with Tailwind (preferred)

Creative Team requirements:

• 6+ years working with HTML/CSS/JS
• Expert knowledge of Adobe suite
• Expert knowledge of Wordpress (including customization)

• Webflow experience (preferred)
• Landing page funnel optimization (preferred)
• Campaign experience (preferred)
• Deep understanding of Hubspot (preferred)
