Front Office Associate

Location: Westgate Family Physicians

Position: Front Office Associate

Westgate Family Physicians is currently looking for a Front Office Associate. General tasks will

include scheduling appointments, check-in/out patients, insurance verification, obtaining co-pays and payments, and answering incoming phone calls. The successful candidate must be organized, detail oriented, punctual, friendly, possess excellent communication skills, team

oriented, and have strong computer skills. Experience working in a primary care office and with

Allscripts (Veradigm) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday).

Pay: Commensurate with experience.
