- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls and directing visitors
- Ensure a well-functioning front desk by iterating on guidelines and systems that allow for greater focus on hospitality and efficiencyÂ
- Help us create a great first impression by maintaining the office appearance
- Coordinate the setup and breakdown of meeting roomsÂ
- Coordinate the booking setup and breakdown company lunches and team events
- Organize incoming and outgoing mail and package delivery
- Order and maintain an inventory of office supplies and equipmentÂ
- Process invoices for payment
- Manage SimpliSafe’s visitor and vendor list with building managementÂ
- Create and manage relationships with vendors and building management
- Collaborate on planning and execution of creative location events and special projects with the extended workplace experience and coordination community
- Provide support for teams when necessary
- Prior administrative, clerical or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficient with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms and Slides)
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
