As a Senior Frontend Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing modern, high-converting designs using best-in-class digital marketing techniques.

• Programming the frontend layer of our sites in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility across browsers and mobile devices.
• Demonstrating proficiency in React and TypeScript to build robust frontend solutions.
• Designing and developing the frontend layer of our internal tools to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Conducting cross-browser and cross-device testing for maximum compatibility.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including Product, Marketing, Design, QA, and Operations.
• Performing regular code reviews with the team to encourage continuous improvement.
• Writing reusable code and libraries to enhance scalability.

Requirements

We’re looking for a candidate who brings:

Experience:

• At least 5 years in front-end development, with proven experience in the payments or fintech sector.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Git.

• Advanced skills in React and TypeScript for building cutting-edge frontend solutions.

• Strong understanding of clean code principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Ability to code from scratch in JavaScript, particularly ES6.
• Familiarity with CSS methodologies such as OOCSS, BEM, or SMACSS.
• Solid understanding of SASS.
• Experience with package managers (Yarn, NPM, etc.).

Soft Skills:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an inquisitive, analytical, and proactive approach.
• Strategic thinking with an understanding of online business.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Ability to code and implement high-performing, scalable, and secure modules.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform and Jenkins.
• Knowledge and experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
