Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Developer, you’ll collaborate with development teams, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to create and maintain reusable, accessible, performant, and scalable UI components. You must be familiar with WCAG 2.1, ADA compliance, and responsive design standards. Testing for accessibility using JAWS screen reader and browser plugins is required. Strong communication, teamwork, and self-direction are essential.

5+ years of experience in:

• React.js, HTML5, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)
• ADA, WCAG 2.1, and Section 508 compliance
• UI/UX design principles
• JavaScript/Frontend frameworks for developing and implementing reusable components

3+ years of experience in:

• Java 8 and relevant tools like Eclipse/JBoss Developer Studio

2+ years of experience in:

• JPA, Spring framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Data
• Agile development environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a JBOSS Enterprise environment

Education

• Some college education required
