Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Frontend Developer with expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for replacing existing frontend components with standardized UX components, optimizing UI workflows for engineers, and ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.

You will collaborate closely with the backend team (working with Go-based systems) and play a key part in building high-quality, developer-facing products. Your focus will be on delivering efficient, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to best practices in frontend development.

Responsibilities

• Replace existing frontend components with standardized UX components.
• Develop and maintain frontend pages using React and JavaScript.
• Optimize the UI for engineer-facing workflows, such as configuration and deployment processes.
• Write and maintain unit tests with tools like Jest or Mocha.
• Collaborate with the backend team (working with Go-based systems) to ensure seamless integration.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the development process and UI consistency.

Must-Haves

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in React (strong need) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Nice-to-Haves

• Awareness of AWS cloud services.
• Experience with developer-facing products, particularly those written in Go (Golang).

Skills in Order of Preference

• React
• TypeScript
• Familiarity with design systems frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind CSS). Although not required, this experience will assist with adopting our IFL Design System.
• Jest
• React-testing-library
• Webpack
