Frontend Drupal Developer (Remote)

ICF is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, multi-faceted consulting company, seeking a Frontend Drupal Developer. This developer will help re-design and build a new website for government agency committed to improving child welfare. The ICF team performs custom software development and maintenance on a suite of web-based applications. The team works closely with clients and other contractors to ensure the performance and reliability of public-facing, mission-critical applications.

Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including (but not limited to) RFI, RFP, prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications necessary for their practice expertise.

What you'll be doing:

• Work in an Agile team with clients to build websites and applications
• Build interactive and responsive Drupal web applications
• Design and build for performance and accessibility
• Migrate an existing website from an older CMS to a modern platform
• Implement the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) pattern library
• Work across the modernization team to integrate related workflow and library systems

What you must have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 or more years of software development experience
• 5 or more years of professional front end development experience including the use of JavaScript frameworks calling REST API endpoints
• 1 or more years of Drupal front-end development, especially theming
• 1 or more years of experience with website migration
• 1 or more years of experience with HTML, CSS, and Web Standards, JavaScript libraries and linters, browser developer tools and git, building responsive web interfaces (RWD), WCAG guidelines, Web Accessibility, and 508 compliance development practices
• US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply

• What we'd like you to have:
• Experience implementing pattern libraries, especially the USWDS.
• Experience with content management systems
• Knowledgeable of AWS cloud services
• Good communication skills - Able to discuss projects and processes in a clear and professional manner
• Ability to work independently; Versatility is a premium
• Experience deploying Drupal
• Experience provisioning Drupal servers

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$82,673.00 - $140,544.00
