Frontend Engineer

Job Overview

As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building intuitive and responsive user interfaces that leverage the latest frontend technologies. You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using modern technologies such as React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces by collaborating with designers and product managers.
• Implement data annotation platforms and public-facing chat products to support our AI initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of UI components.
• Improve existing applications and integrate with AI APIs to ensure cohesive user experiences and seamless interactions with AI models.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in frontend development, AI, and UX/UI design to continuously improve our products.

What we’re seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in frontend development with strong experience in React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and a strong sense of good UX, with the ability to translate design wireframes into functional UI components.
• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role
• Familiarity with integrating frontend applications with AI APIs, ensuring seamless user interaction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience in building data annotation platforms or public-facing chat products will be a nice-to-have.

Location: Mountain View, CA

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $100,000 - $200,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
