Job Description

Team: Product and Commercial Teams

Our mission on the Advertising Product & Technology team is to build a next generation advertising platform that aligns with our unique value proposition for audio and video. We work to scale the user experience for hundreds of millions of fans and hundreds of thousands of advertisers. This scale brings unique challenges as well as tremendous opportunities for our artists and creators.

The Ads Data Frontend team builds intuitive, scalable, and high-performing experiences that power Spotify’s advertising ecosystem. We focus on making complex data simple—helping advertisers access insights across measurement, reporting, and audience tools so they can make confident, data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and analysts to shape how advertising data comes to life across Spotify.

What You'll Do:

  • Work day-to-day in a cross-functional team to build and evolve Spotify’s Ads web applications
  • Create intuitive frontend experiences that make complex data easy to understand and act on
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data services into scalable user interfaces
  • Design and maintain reusable UI components and modern frontend architecture
  • Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and usability across applications
  • Contribute to technical design, planning, and delivery of scalable solutions
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a strong, collaborative frontend engineering culture
  • Who You Are:

  • You have experience building modern web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React
  • You are comfortable working with APIs such as REST, GraphQL, or gRPC
  • You understand how to build accessible, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using HTML and CSS
  • You know how to handle real-world UI challenges like loading states, pagination, and error handling
  • You have experience with testing, debugging, and continuous delivery practices
  • You care about performance, usability, and creating high-quality user experiences
  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and communicate clearly
  • You take ownership of your work, stay curious, and contribute to team success
  • Where You'll Be:

  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the Americas region as long as we have a work location.
  • This team operates within the Eastern time zone for collaboration.
