Frontend or Backend Software Developer - IBM Knowledge Catalog (f/m/x)

Your Role and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to work with us on either frontend or backend development.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• About 1 year of practical development experience and good knowledge of Java and Spring ecosystem or JavaScript and the React ecosystem
• Basic understanding of microservice architectures and REST APIs
• Good knowledge of the English language

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Working knowledge of RedHat OpenShift and general Kubernetes concepts
• Basic knowledge of REST API development database technologies and build and code quality tools like GitHub Webpack Lint SonarQube Jest React Testing Library
• Basic knowledge in development of cloud-first projects with continuous integration / continuous delivery
• Good knowledge of the German language
