Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Production and Operation control and coordinate activities in manufacturing to achieving total customer requirement.
• Supervise and manage production operator performance in order to improve working efficiency
• Understands procedure and Production control to support build plan
• Build plan ,Product and operation output (part and products quantity , Scarp and production inventory Control)
• Manage and motivate subordinate to establish the process and improvement products.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree ,Any flied
• 2- 5 years work experience in Production
• Production Supervise level, work experience in the optical and/or electronics manufacturing company is preferable.
• Work experience with operation and production control.
• Able to work both day and night shift.
• Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Computer program skill (Microsoft office, excel, word basic) and production shopfloor management system.
