Who you are:

As an Office Assistant Associate with Frost Insurance Agency, you provide support to managers and other employees by handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and efficient. You enjoy working cross-functionally with other lines of business in the organization and you take this as an opportunity to build long lasting relationships with all individuals in the organization. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do:

• Support Frost Insurance incoming telephone calls to provide routine information to requesting individuals
• Compile data from routine FIA reports to support various agency departments
• Retrieve agency management system, policy documents, and correspondence from carrier partners to support branch departments
• Maintain and update office supplies as needed
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence

What you’ll need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated office experience
