Job Description:

• Opportunity: Full-time Frosting Mixer at our Tonawanda, NY facility
• Shift: 8 hour shifts on third shift (11:30 pm to 7:30 am)
• Wages: $23.66/hour with $0.75 shift differential. After 6 months, rate increases to $24.16.

Job Duties:

The Frosting mixer will bring together the required dry and liquid ingredients for cookie products. The mixer will blend those ingredients mechanically according to formula and daily production requirements. They are responsible for quality control of product through the stages under his or her control, maintaining communication with other mixing employees, maintenance, and supervisors, and working safely and effectively under the direction of the mixing or shift supervisors, Job duties include:

• Mixing and Producing Batches of Frosting. Weigh out and add correct amount of ingredients according to product formulas, as per the run list.
• Accurate Recording and Monitoring Quality.
• Labeling products
• Restocking supplies
• Cleaning equipment during changeovers
• Lifting 50 pounds
• Other duties as assigned
