As a Fuel Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for growing OTR’s fuel card program by calling on warm leads. You will generate new accounts from current client lists as well as identify new leads. You will explain and sell OTR’s fuel card services to new and existing clients while educating them on key features.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and onboard new carriers into the OTR fuel program
  • ‘Close’ the sale by leading the carrier through to first usage
  • Educate clients on best practices and ongoing enhancements to optimize the success of the carrier’s business
  • Work closely with our fuel partner program to setup the accounts to align with the customers needs
  • Provide ongoing customer service through the early phase of the relationship
  • Identify areas of process improvement for the team to optimize sales and onboarding

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
  • Strong Customer Service skills
