What We're Looking For
As a Fulfillment Specialist you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing and delivery for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support throughout the fulfillment process from order placement to location onboarding. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders through various channels (phone email online platforms). Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details.

Customer onboarding : Ensure locations are accurately and promptly onboarded once a customer installs cameras.

Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status shipping updates and customer journey information. Respond promptly and professionally to resolve any issues or concerns.

Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or escalations regarding shipping delays order inaccuracies location onboarding delays. Investigate issues thoroughly and work towards a satisfactory resolution for the customer.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams including customer service Loss Prevention and Sales to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Education and Experience Requirements

Previous experience in customer service order fulfillment or related fields preferred.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and tracking.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
