Full Charge Bookkeeper - Finance Department

Responsibilities:

Included but not limited to:

• Bank accounts reconciliations including reconciliation of liabilities as well as deposits with accounts receivable
• Monthly inter-company balance reconciliation 
• Accrual payroll and liabilities analysis and general journal entries
• Prepaid expenses analysis and general journal entries
• Monthly/quarterly payroll tax filings, creating and posting of necessary monthly journal entries to the general ledger (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains)
• Analysis of expenses and business-related activities 

Requirements:

• Ability to identify errors and solve problems
• Immediate Excel
• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are a must
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work
• Minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience
  
• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business is a plus;

Compensation is between $55,000-$60,000 based on qualifications and experience.
