We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Corporate Recruiter to assist with hiring amazing talent for various types of positions. Engineering recruiting is a plus! Up to $80K in salary!

Location: Northbrook, IL

Job Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment including sourcing strategies, job postings, intake calls, scheduling interviews and job offers
• Knowledge current market trends, understand how to build a pipeline and utilizing job boards to effectively recruit
• Work with hiring managers and external customers
• Data management with ATS system

• At least five years' experience with full cycle recruiting
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in a corporate and manufacturing environment
• Experience with ATS utilization, Workday is preferred
