Verneek is looking for a stellar & highly ambitious full-stack engineers as one of the first employees to help build the Verneek AI platform!

Every day, you'll get to solve very unique, highly complex, and socially impactful problems. This is an early-stage startup, so we'll be moving super-fast and there will be no legacy obstacles on your way of making a significant impact. Whatever you do every hour of every day counts!!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help our front end developers to bridge the gap between design and our infrastructure

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience with building high-performance applications
• Highly skilled in Javascript, Scala, and Python
• Portfolio of prior projects with a complex backend
• Work authorization in the USA at the time of hire
  • Continuing work authorization during employment can be sponsored by Verneek

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software
• Having worked with Apache Flick Stateful Functions
• Having worked with technologies such as Akka and Spark
• Experience with data science and data-driven analytics
• Good grasp of fundamentals in computer science (algorithms)
• Having had exposure to machine learning systems/ worked with AI teams
