Full Stack Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer (Middle/Senior Level) to join our cutting-edge product team at Xsolla. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing innovative distribution channels for mobile and PC game publishers. You'll work closely with talented engineers, crafting robust systems that boost revenue, engagement, and retention for live gaming projects through partnership tools. Our Tech Stack:

Backend: TypeScript/Node.js/Nest.js

Frontend: TypeScript/React.js/Next.js

Database: MySQL/Redis/RabbitMQ/MongoDB

Testing: Jest/Mocha

CI/CD: GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write clean, testable code, including unit and integration tests, to ensure the reliability of our applications.
• Develop, maintain, and scale Xsolla’s microservices architecture and front-end web applications.
• Contribute to technical documentation for products using Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, DevOps, and Design, to deliver world-class gaming solutions.
• Take operational responsibility for product functionality, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in our codebase and systems, implementing best practices for long-term sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, working in agile teams.
• Strong experience with SQL or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Expertise in at least one programming language like JavaScript, Python, Ruby, C++, or PHP, and a willingness to learn Go.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns.
• Experience with modern DevOps tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an English-speaking environment.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and innovation.
