Full Stack Developer

Information Technology Strategies, LLC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to work for our company.

Summary:

• Client Agency is Department of Homeland Security.
• Must be able to successfully obtain a SECRET level clearance (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies, and drug-free in accordance with DHS policies)
• Must be located in EST or CST timezone.
• Will need to go into an office for fingerprinting, badging, and laptop.
• Analyze functional web applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
• Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.
• Translate detailed design into computer software.
• Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.
• Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
• Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
• Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
• Experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale DBMS and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.

Requirements: 

• Must be able to successfully obtain a SECRET level clearance (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies, and drug-free in accordance with DHS policies)
• 3+ years of development, front-end coding and programming experience with increasing levels of responsibility and expertise.
• Must be located in EST or CST timezone.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript / Angular.JS / JSON / Bootstrap
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Languages
• Working knowledge of DevOps
• Working knowledge of Front End Development
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Service Portal Customization. 
• Working knowledge of custom widgets / front-end development in ServiceNow
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferences:

• Knowledge or experience in ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• One IAT-II security certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
