Responsibilities

• Craft elegant, high-quality code in Python and React to solve real-world problems. 
• Partner with teammates to design and implement new features while improving existing systems. 
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve technical challenges that keep our platform running smoothly. 
• Contribute to meaningful conversations about product design, technical decisions, and future innovations. 
• Play an active role in safeguarding production systems and ensuring top-notch reliability for our customers. 
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and tools, driving continuous improvement in our development practices. 
• Analyze customer needs and usage patterns to inform development decisions. 
• Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders, adapting to diverse contexts and requirements. 

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a key development role within a SaaS product company, with a strong focus on Python and React – A must. 
• Solid experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL. 
• Solid experience in Cloud environment 
• Collaborative: Advanced communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within distributed, remote development teams. 
• Educated: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. 
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
