The Opportunity
ISMG is looking for a highly skilled full-stack web developer to join our global Digital team! As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be a part of a cross-functional team and be responsible for the full development life cycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
To be successful in this role, you should come with an experienced background in front and back-end development and coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You will be required to see out a project from conception to final product which also requires good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities 

• Delivering our latest in-house built Marketing Platform.
• Coordinating with business stakeholders to provide end-to-end solutions.
• Working as a key team member alongside other application developers.
• Participating in full-stack code and architecture reviews.
• Bringing vision to the team in the form of new technology recommendations and approaches
• Maintaining existing applications.
• Collaborating with other team members (developers, designers, marketers, etc.).
• Implementing test-driven development practices (PHPUnit, Selenium).

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 6+ years of experience in a full-stack development role.
• 3+ years of experience with Laravel PHP MVC framework and an excellent understanding of PHP Backend Programming Language.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and Front-end frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.) and CSS preprocessors scripting languages (LESS, SASS, SCSS, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of JavaScript and strong knowledge of the following JavaScript libraries and frameworks: jQuery, Lodash, Node JS (JavaScript Runtime Engine), Vue JS 3, Nuxt 3
• Good knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and integrations (analytics trackers, content & email marketing, big data analysis).
• Experience with NoSQL Databases (Mongo DB), and caching solutions: Redis, Memcache.
• Experience with message brokers: RabbitMQ, search engines: sphinx, SOLR.
• Experience with automation tools: ansible, Jenkins, vagrant/docker. 
• Excellent understanding of relational databases and SQL (MySQL).
• Experience integrating with 3rd parties via APIs.
• Experience managing source control using Git.
• Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.
