This role offers the chance to design, build, and maintain full stack web applications and services that power enterprise and healthcare integrations. The position focuses on end-to-end system ownership, scalable and secure service development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on architecture and product design. The Full Stack Developer will influence technical direction, modernize legacy systems, and ensure high reliability, performance, and maintainability across platforms. This is a senior-level individual contributor role that emphasizes systems thinking, problem-solving, and mentorship. Candidates will work in a hybrid/remote environment with opportunities to collaborate on innovative solutions for enterprise and healthcare customers. The role demands technical excellence, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to high-quality software delivery.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications and backend services integrating with internal and external systems, including enterprise EHR platforms.
  • Build scalable, secure, and multi-tenant services for healthcare and enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with product, platform, and operations teams to define system architecture, APIs, and integration strategies.
  • Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability while modernizing legacy applications.
  • Write automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure software quality and stability.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and production incident response as required.
  • Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem solving.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in customer-facing web applications.
  • Strong backend skills in C#, .NET, Orleans, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and asynchronous programming.
  • Frontend proficiency with Angular (or similar framework), JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience with SQL databases, cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability practices for production systems.
  • Ability to own systems in production, make design decisions, understand trade-offs, and raise concerns proactively.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in distributed agile teams.
  • Preferred: Experience with healthcare systems (EHR, HL7, FHIR), regulated data (HIPAA/PHI), or enterprise integrations.
