Full Stack Developer (Java, React)

This role is focused on designing and delivering end-to-end web applications within a modern cloud-based environment. You will work across both backend and frontend layers, building scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reliable and efficient technical implementations. You will contribute to cloud-native development on AWS, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability of applications. The environment is agile and fast-paced, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills. • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Build responsive and scalable frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs ensuring performance and reliability.
• Work with AWS services to deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative product development.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Use Docker and Git for containerization and version control best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the full stack.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain high standards of software quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (serverless experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher), both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Nice to have: exposure to additional programming languages, frameworks, or technologies.
