Your future team

Our Axis365 Team is a part of the Collaboration Platforms unit within the Information Systems Department. We are on an exciting journey to enhance our usage of the Microsoft 365 platform to meet the evolving needs of Axis Communications. As a small but dynamic team, we work closely with all departments, delivering tailored solutions that optimize collaboration across the company. We are responsible for maintaining and evolving the Microsoft 365 ecosystem at Axis, focusing on improving workflows, automation, and enhancing the overall digital experience. The team works in an innovative, agile environment, and you will have the opportunity to shape the future of collaboration within our organization.

Your role as a Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As a solutions expert within our company, you will work on innovative projects that enhance user collaboration across the organization, focusing on React TypeScript, C#, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript in the M365 ecosystem.
• Implement SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions, including web parts and extensions.
• Integrate and maintain backend services, both on premises and in Azure using C# and PowerShell.
• Work with various Azure services to design cloud solutions that fit the company’s needs.
• Support and maintain applications in a Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Collaborate in an Agile team environment, participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Act as a key collaborator between IT and business teams to drive best practices in productivity and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both front-end and back-end code.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

This role is based on-site, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Who are you?

We think that you have 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on React and TypeScript. Proficiency in C# and experience with backend systems using the .NET framework. You have strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and M365. You have an understanding of Azure services (e.g., Functions, Entra ID) for cloud-based solutions. We think that you have experience working in a collaborative environment, actively sharing ideas and solutions with team members. You have the ability to work on-site and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders effectively.

We love for you to be:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices in Azure.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
