Full-Stack Developer (Frontend Focused)

The Position

The Full-Stack Developer is tasked with transforming technical requirements and design documents into high-performance, efficient code. This role requires expertise in a variety of web technologies including HTML (and Twig or Pug), CSS (utilizing Sass methodologies), and frontend-focused JavaScript. The successful candidate will leverage their CMS knowledge to integrate custom HTML components into backends such as Craft or Drupal, effectively managing and resolving related GitHub tickets. This position plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, ensuring the creation of visually appealing and technically sound websites.

About You

You have experience with:

• Developing websites using CMS like Drupal, WordPress, Craft, Kirby, and Strapi.
• Writing concise GitHub Pull Requests and reviewing others'.
• Semantic HTML, CSS scoping, and JavaScript (Angular, React, Vue, Svelte) to enhance user experiences.
• DNS management for handling multiple domains and subdomains.
• Familiar with server environments including PHP, Apache, and Nginx.
• Solid understanding of back-end fundamentals: SQL for database management, Routing for server-side logic, and Deployment practices for software delivery.
• Professionalism in client communications.
• Fast-paced environments, maintaining performance under pressure.
• Full lifecycle application development, from conception through deployment.

You care about:

Education & Training

• Preferably 3-5 years of experience. Agency background preferred but not essential. Emphasis on strong portfolio and practical skills over formal education.

Salary range:

• $75k - $90k
