Full Stack Developer (Python)

We currently have a vacancy for a Full Stack Developer (Python) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Ispra, Italy. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Development of front-end and back-end website architecture;
• Design of user interactions on web pages and creation of servers and databases for functionality;
• Design responsive applications and perform cross-platform optimization;
• Design and develop APIs and participate in the design and creation of scalable software;
• Testing, drafting, and implementing test plans as well as drafting of architecture and other documents.

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack developer in complex projects and contexts;
• In-depth knowledge of the Python language and experience developing multi-tier scalable applications using FastAPI;
• In-depth knowledge of REACT and experience developing frontend web interfaces, using Typescript and JavaScript;
• Experience in development using Large Language Models (LLMs) from Python, in particular with langchain;
• Solid experience using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, Elastic search from Python, and container-based infrastructures;
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS as well as back-end languages and frameworks such as Java, PHP, Spring boot and Hibernate;
• Familiarity with database technology such as Oracle, MongoDB and code versioning tools such as Git or SVN;
• Excellent command of the English language.
