Full Stack Developer (Python, React)

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Full Stack Developer (Python, React). 

Who You Are 

Capstone is looking for a highly energetic, positive, collaborative, and talented free-thinking individual to join our team of Developers. As a Full Stack Developer, your role on our team will consist of creating and designing elegant and maintainable solutions to help solve complex problems for our clients. This role requires the ability to research, propose and prototype new principles, cloud and web technologies and concepts and integrate them using common practices. 

Tech Stack: Python, React, AWS

Basic Qualifications 

• Proficiency in the specified tech stack, demonstrating the ability to develop quality solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience 3+ years with Python and React.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, and experience with infrastructure as code using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions. Independent business problem solving, and technical design best practice ability is a must-have. 
• Proven experience in agile delivery, with a solid understanding of estimating user stories.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to comfortably present and demo work.

Will be a plus:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering 
• Experience in the pharmacy domain

• Engage in effective collaboration with team members and clients, understanding the strategic objectives and ensuring the delivery aligns with Capstone's values.  
• Grasp the underlying motivations and goals ("why") behind the tasks at hand, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of project objectives.  

• Provide thorough and accurate estimations for development tasks, contributing to project planning and execution. 
• Contribute to the technical design process, ensuring solutions align with project requirements and industry best practices. 
• Actively participate in all agile ceremonies, working collaboratively with the team to address client backlog items in agile development cycles.
