Overview

Do you have a passion for developing highly scalable, highly available software that provides key game
features to millions of users? Are you eager to work in the fast-growing, dynamic, and challenging mobile
games space? Our mission is to create an efficient ecosystem for game developers that simplifies their
workflow and accelerates their product launches. We strive to build beautiful software that makes life
better for game creators.
Reporting into the Engineering Manager who is based in Seattle, you will join our team of 10 talented members from Canada, the US, Central America, and South America. The team is responsible for the core platform services comprising various APIs, SAAS services, game development tools, and systems that power game features and enhance user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Create, maintain, and bug fixes on the current toolset

• Integrate and create internal features that are focused on new game functionalities

• Write clean, scalable code

• Develop detailed specifications

• Test all stages of the product cycle to determine how well it performs and make adjustments as needed

• Implement effective cybersecurity solutions and data storage technologies

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

• Proven track record in Software Development: Your proven track record in the field highlights your competence and readiness for new challenges.

• Extensive experience with PHP and Java Spring Boot: Hands-on experience, emphasizing your technical proficiency.

• Expertise in Web Development: Your notable experience with modern front-end frameworks showcases your capability to build beautiful web-based tools and applications.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform: Specifically with Cloud Run, GKE, Load Balancer, and Networking.

• First experience with Terraform: Bring your hands-on experience with infrastructure as code.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, reflecting your adaptability in dynamic environments.

• SDLC & GitHub: Understanding of the complete software development life cycle, including coding, testing, and deployment, with particular emphasis on the use of GitHub and GitHub Actions.

• Knowledge of API design and integration best practices.

• Familiarity with working with SaaS products and services.

• Data Persistence: Understanding relational (SQL) and non-relational data technologies like Memcached, Redis, and MongoDB.

• Algorithmic Proficiency: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, time complexity, and a commitment to writing efficient and performant code.

Nice-to-have

• Strong Front-end skills such as Node, Angular JS

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities for team collaboration and client interactions.
