Full Stack Engineer

About your team:

You'll be working in a collaborative and dynamic team of experienced professionals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and delivering high-quality solutions. We have all the crucial roles including: product management team QA fullstack and mobile development and DevOps + GCP.

While primarily a B2C application we develop in-house products crucial for efficient business operations contributing significantly to our success such as comprehensive system development with components in marketing billing development finance and customer support.

What you’ll do

• Develop and enhance the existing systems with a focus on marketing analytics sales funnels billing and overall system efficiency.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.

• Demonstrate strong non-dev skills including effective communication with clients proposing innovative solutions understanding both the product and user needs

• Ability to guide the team: fostering teamwork through mentoring identifying and cultivating top skills and optimizing internal development processes such as onboarding and developer experience by introducing efficient tools and moderately encouraging the team in these endeavors.

It’s a perfect match if you have

• Significant experience with Django Redis RabbitMQ and Postgres (5+ years).

• Proficiency in Vue.js Nuxt.js and React for frontend development (3+ years).

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes Google Cloud Platform GitLab CI and DevOps practices (2+ years).

• Proven track record of effective communication problem-solving and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of additional frameworks libraries and optimization techniques for web applications.

The pay range for this role is $160000- $230000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location skills qualifications and experience.
