Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full Stack Engineer to join our Architecture Team within the Office of the CTO. This role is focused on building applications and utilities that drive operational efficiency and feature adoption in our customer base. As a key member of the team, you will work on streamlining and automating service-related tasks, reducing manual hours, and enabling customers to adopt features efficiently within their existing orgs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in programming, consulting, and experience with Salesforce Metadata API. In this role, you will use traditional programming languages such as Java and AI code generation capabilities to develop utilities that support our internal teams and customers. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying operational inefficiencies and developing tailored solutions that align with product enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain utilities and applications that streamline and automate service-related tasks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop utilities that enable customers to activate features within their existing Salesforce orgs by analyzing configurations using scripts, AI, and programming languages.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams and services teams to understand how to best enable features and enhance customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement utilities for specific service work, such as automating the transition of legacy implementations to new objects, reducing manual effort and time.
  • Utilize Salesforce Metadata API, traditional programming languages (e.g., Java), and AI code generation to create tools like the LEX Migration App and License Migration App.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation to internal teams on the use and implementation of service utilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong background in building utilities and applications.
  • Expertise in Salesforce development, particularly with the Salesforce Metadata API.
  • Proficiency in traditional programming languages such as Java and experience in using AI code generation tools.
  • Strong background in consulting or service delivery, with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and service teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with building automation tools and utilities for Salesforce environments.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform configurations and best practices for feature enablement.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development and automation.
  • Salesforce Certified Developer II

Why Join Us:

  • Opportunity to drive significant operational efficiencies and feature adoption within our customer base.
  • Work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact our service delivery and profitability.
  • Competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

If you are passionate about building innovative utilities and applications that drive efficiency and enable customer success, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team!
