Focus:

Contributes to design, development, troubleshooting, debugging, evaluating, modifying, deploying, and documenting software and systems that meet the needs of customer-facing applications, business applications, and/or internal end user applications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Strong implementation experience using object-oriented languages like Java, Spring boot framework. C/C++
• Contribute to high level design as well as detailed design of complex systems.
• Writing code and unit tests, automation, and conducting code reviews and testing
• Identifying exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges
• Perform technical aspects of software development for assigned applications including design, developing prototypes, and coding assignments
• Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation
• Collaborate with peer technology and scrum teams across different locations.

Qualifications

Computer Science / Information Systems degree, or equivalent with min 5+ years of professional work experience.

• Strong implementation experience using object-oriented languages like Java, Spring boot framework. C/C++
• Expertise in front-end application development using NodeJS, React JS and Redux.
• Strong coding skills and fundamentals with hands on experience in building distributed micro-service systems.
• Experience/knowledge in using NoSQL databases and distributed messaging systems such as Redis, Kafka, Couchbase.
• Experience in developing and managing video content management system.
• Expertise in building Restful APIs.
• Have hands-on experience in building and delivering large scale enterprise systems/products. Implemented critical aspects of such systems and have supported them in production environment
• Hands on experience using Jenkins, Git. Previous Continuous Integration (CICD) experience is a plus.
• Experience working in Scrums teams.
