Job Description

We are a visionary technology team committed to transforming the digital landscape. Within our Core Tools Automation Team, we drive innovation by developing robust, scalable solutions that optimize efficiency and agility throughout our operations. We are in search of an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is central to advancing the development of applications encompassing the entire stack—frontend, backend, API, and cloud integration. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be at the heart of our technical endeavors, designing, implementing, and sustaining high-quality applications with cutting-edge technologies. This position requires profound expertise in both frontend and backend development, alongside an understanding of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD methodologies. You will play a critical role in shaping technical strategies, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and future-ready.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React) on the front-end and Java with Spring Boot and Hibernate on the back-end.
• Develop and integrate robust APIs to support various front-end functionalities and applications.
• Take part in the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of applications on AWS.
• Utilize AWS services to enhance the scalability, security, and reliability of our applications.
• Design and develop reusable UI components and libraries to streamline front-end development.
• Lead technical discussions and code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Coach and lead other engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and cloud computing.
• Proactively suggest improvements and adaptations to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in AWS cloud. 
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular or React.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate for backend development.
• Strong UI/UX design skills for creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring experience, promoting collaboration.
• Adaptable to changes in team dynamics and business needs.
• Passionate about technology and staying current with industry trends.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Nice to have:

• Experience in implementation and maintenance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Groovy scripting.
• Experience in writing and maintaining Groovy scripts for pipeline automation and other build tasks.
