About This RoleAre you a versatile engineer, ready to make a mark in the data realm? Parallel Learning is searching for a dynamic Full-Stack Engineer to join our squad. This role calls for expertise in building robust ETL pipelines, productized data workflows, and internal tooling that caters to teams across the board. Your role will bridge the gap between finances, clinical data analysis, and more. A penchant for ensuring observability, upholding steadfast workflows, and crafting UX-driven tools is necessary.

- Most of our tools are built leveraging the Google Cloud Platform.
- We employ Python for data extraction and multi-purpose tasks.
- We rely on third-party tools directly integrated into our system.
- Engineer and refine ETL pipelines, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain internal tools to enhance team productivity and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams, understanding their data needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Advocate for best practices, ensuring observability and UX-driven designs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data engineering, ensuring our tech stack remains relevant and efficient.
A great fit for this role will have:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
- Prior experience with ETL and data workflows
- Proficiency with Python
- Experience in working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- A curious nature, ready to delve into diverse topics from finances to clinical data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Must be authorized to work in the US
