Full-stack Engineer

As our next Full-stack Engineer, you will join our fast-growing Technology & Data team. More specifically, you join the Universal Verification & Validation team. This team is responsible for one of our core products, a multi-standard platform that allows for the verification and verification of carbon credits.

Next to writing clean and scalable code, you can expect to collaborate with the data science and data engineering teams. You join an open and collaborative environment with a culture that fosters psychological safety. The Technology & Data team is very action focused, always trying to push the bar higher, and driven by SustainCERT’s mission of bringing scientific credibility to climate action.

Our tech stack consists of but is not limited to:

.NET/C# / Azure SQL / Azure Functions / Azure Event Hubs / Entity Framework / GraphQL / OData on the backend and React / Typescript / Material-UI on the frontend.

Your key tasks

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET, ASP.Net Core or ASP.Net Core Blazor as well as using Typescript and React.
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications and resolving technical issues.
• Improve existing software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
• Develop and integrate web services using technologies such as RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
• Collaborate with team members across the Technology & Data organization to create software solutions that our customers love.

You have these claims to fame

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development using the aforementioned technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with full stack development, testing and debugging, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
• Strong understanding of web application development, object-oriented programming concepts and methods, and the entire SDLC.

Bonus points for

• Experience with GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
