The Role: 

We’re looking for someone passionate about creating data-driven, intuitive software applications from the ground up to solve for our customers’ needs. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing scalable, market-leading solutions. You will collaborate with talented engineers, product owners, and the co-founders to turn innovative concepts into reality. What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications.
• Take a leadership role in the design, architecture, development, code review, and testing of all company applications to ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with internal partners to define feature requirements and deliver the product that materially impacts the business and solves customs’ needs.
• Roll up your sleeves and code, showcasing the elegance and efficiency of your experience and problem-solving.
• Lead, partner, and mentor other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Be a company resource for industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Experience we’re seeking:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, in environments that underwent tremendous growth and scale.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, both on the front-end and back-end.
• Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and optimization techniques.
• Strong experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
