Full Stack Engineer - CRM Integration

Ryz Labs is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on custom CRM integrations and web development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with WordPress and SquareSpace, intermediate-level Java and Python skills, and proficiency in relational database management using MySQL. Additionally, experience with AWS and business intelligence tools is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, integrate, and maintain custom CRM solutions to meet client requirements.

- Build and customize websites using WordPress and SquareSpace, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features in Java and Python.

- Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot MySQL databases to ensure optimal performance.

- Utilize AWS services for cloud-based development, deployment, and maintenance of applications.

- Implement and utilize business intelligence (BI) tools to generate reports and insights based on data analysis.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of web and CRM applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various platforms and applications.

- Work closely with clients to understand project goals and provide technical support.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with custom CRM integration and development.

- Proficiency in WordPress and SquareSpace development, including plugins and custom templates.

- Intermediate-level experience with Java and Python for application development.

- Strong understanding of relational database management with MySQL.

- Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS for cloud-based solutions.

- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization techniques.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Familiarity with additional CMS platforms.

- Prior experience in a similar full-stack development role.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
