Full Stack Engineer

Job Type: FT Contract-to-hire

Location: Remote Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview Our client is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of our latest platform. In this role you will be responsible for designing building and maintaining scalable web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience for event organizers and attendees. You will collaborate closely with CEO designers and other engineers to bring ideas to life. This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity for long-term growth equity  and impact within the company. Engineer must be hands-on coding and being able to lead and oversee the product and ship features efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems for the client’s platform.

  • Write clean efficient and scalable code using modern frameworks and tools.

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features and improve user experience.

  • Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing applications.

  • Ensure responsiveness performance and security of web applications.

  • Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer Software Engineer or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript React HTML and CSS.

  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js Python or Ruby on Rails.

  • Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API development/integration.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and deployment pipelines.

  • Experience with version control tools such as Git/GitHub.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

  • Passion for building high-quality user-friendly applications.

Salary

$90000-$150000/yr depending on experience

Work Authorization
