The Role and the Team

Fidelity Brokerage Technology is looking for an expert Full Stack Engineer to join us in the design and development of innovative technology for financial advisors and their clients using the newest technology stack in a collaborative and engaging environment.

You will play a leading role in the agile development of the web applications used by thousands of Registered Investment Advisors and Correspondents to deliver comprehensive brokerage solutions to their customers, including account management, trading, compliance, market research, portfolio management, and margin lending.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring• Advanced full stack software development experience.• Experience building scalable web and middle tier applications with Angular 5+ and strong core Java with Spring/Springboot.• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.• Leadership to guide, encourage, and motivate your fellow engineers.• Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment.• Experience with web services - JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, etc.• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS cloud deployment/application management.• Experience with unit testing and test automation libraries/strategies.• Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins.• Experience using source control and pull requests for development in Bitbucket/Stash.• Strong communications and problem-solving skills

DYNAMIC WORKING

At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call "Dynamic Working." Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
