Full Stack Engineer - Platform UI (Early Professional)

We are hiring Early Professional Full Stack Engineers to contribute and maintain the UI component library of the C3 AI Platform. Our UI component library allows our customers to rapidly deliver data-rich AI applications and scale them to handle TBs of data, and we want to take it to the next level. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of the component library.  
• Maintain an ever-growing library of components to be used across different applications and industries. 
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code. 
• Eager to learn and grow as a developer. Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner, with the capacity to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies. 
• Collaborate with designers and PMs to implement UI components that meet functional and aesthetic requirements. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. 
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript. 
• Basic understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Prior experience designing and implementing reusable UI components. 
• Experience working as part of a cross-functional team of PM, UX, and Engineering. 
• Prior experience developing a UI component library or design system for other engineers. 
• Proven experience with pixel-perfect execution of UI components. 
• Working knowledge of accessibility best practices. 
• Ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
