This is a hybrid role based out of our Somerville, MA office.
About You:
- You love a good challenge and learning new things.Â
- You love building new interfaces that push the product forward and delight users.Â
- You’re able to own a core part of the product and juggle the different requirements that come along with it.Â
- You are comfortable moving around a large technology stack to understand how those features work and contribute to different parts of the platform.
What skills do I need?Â
- 3+ years of experience with fullstack development
- We don't require experience with any specific technologies, but we currently use: React, TypeScript, Redux, NodeJS, Golang, Elixir, Electron, MongoDB, Postgres.
- Prior experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs over microservice architecture
- Prior experience working with WebAssembly and sandboxed environments is a bonus
- Working well both as an individual and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Testing and deploying programs and systems
- Effective communication with other team members
- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
