Full Stack Java Developer

Job Description As an Software Engineer within JPMC, Home Lending - Originations Correspondent Technology, you will be working in a scrum team within a product-based organization, building and owning features from start to finish. Your responsibilities include
• Full stack software development following microservice architecture• Writing code using Java, Springboot, React/Redux and other modern technologies• Deploying applications in Kubernetes (K8S) on public/private cloud• Deploying applications using Jenkins/Terraform• Writing automated unit and functional tests• Focusing on continuous learning & development
Skills / Attributes Required

• experience with Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong SQL skills
• Ability to quickly read and understand very complex SQL/Procedure/Functions
• Experience with JQuery or similar technologies a plus.
• Deep understanding and ability to architect object oriented (OO) solutions to complex problems and experienced in utilizing design patterns.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
• 2-3 years working within Agile teams

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area is preferred.
