Full Stack Java Engineer

Citibank has a world class ATM's that serves customers in North America, Asia-Pacific, and Mexico. We are looking for an energetic, java engineer to join our team to take us to the next level in bringing the best in class solutions for our customers.

The overall objective of this role is to contribute in building out the features as prioritized by the business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Act a technical owner for project deliveries.
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes and ability to effectively prioritize
• Proficiency with Agile software development management methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications. Understanding of Agile scrum methodologies.
• Experience of presenting to and managing expectations with senior management
• Demonstrated success at managing programs and projects of equivalent scale.
• Knowledge of building reusable framework for consuming and providing REST API's using Java/ Node.js / Swagger
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Knowledge of building reusable framework for consuming and providing REST API's using Spring/Spring boot/ Java/ Node.js / Swagger
• Angular or another JavaScript framework is plus.
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD)
• Extensive experience coordinating, and organizing remote / global teams in a collaborative environment
• Hands-on experience with relevant technical concepts; able to effectively use them in planning and decision-making with occasional technical guidance
• Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure
• Manage client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale deliverables.
• Serve as key participant in team and client meetings.
• Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Qualifications:

• 2 + years of Angular or other JavaScript framework
• 2+ years of Java
• 2+years of Agile delivery
• 2 years of DevOps

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
