You will

• Analyze the specifications of the development request, understand the customer's need and propose a technical solution to the problem

• Design, in compliance with the deadlines, the architecture of the new functionality of the software by using existing modules and seeking to optimize them (development, maintenance, evolution)

• Analyze the technical and functional problems encountered and propose technical fixes and compliances

• Refine the analysis, code and test from test sets by following the working methods in force in the company by documenting the different steps

• Participate in the continuous improvement of the service and its organization through agile method

• Offering technology choices and diagnostic tools for continuous software improvement

• Assist and/or lead reviews summarizing the latest development

• Participate in daily department meetings, report on the progress of your work and report on any difficulties encountered

• Write reports describing the developments carried out (functional, technical aspects and tests carried out)

• Write test reports

• Enter any non-conformities that have been identified (non-compliance with an internal or external requirement)

• Carry out the necessary corrections and adjustments to failed features during installation as well as make patches to speed up the installation of software versions and features

Essential Requirements

• Between 4 and 6 years of professional experience on similar position

• Previous experience with agile methods: SCRUM / Kanban / SAFe

• Mastery of web-based development tools: PHP; Javascript; AJAX; MySQL; Bash on linux server

• Framework : Laravel, Symfony

• Writting documentation

• Versioning using tools such as: GIT, SVN

• Good English command

Desirable Requirements

• Good team working and interpersonal skills

• Ability to conceptualize long-term solutions, while respecting constraints

• Communicate effectively
