Our SaaS platform offers a fully digital end-to-end Carbon Action Platform (CAP) to track, forecast, and manage corporate emission data and most effectively match them to low-emission solutions on the market to reduce their carbon footprint. • 3+ years of experience working in agile tech teams
• Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

• Good English communication skills in word and speech

How does the interview process look like?

The process follows the same procedure for every candidate: getting to know team members through three to four conversations about Cozero, your experience, and your interests. As part of the process, we usually run through a skills screening (e.g. a coding challenge for a developer, a case challenge for a carbon accounting expert, a portfolio discussion for a designer). A final reference call with a former colleague / manager of yours gives additional insight into your needs and wishes that we aim to factor in for your personal development plan. We emphasize transparency and the absence of surprise throughout the process.
