Full Stack Software Engineer

Description and Requirements
Position: Full Stack Software Engineer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote
Duties: Build and deploy systems that leverage modern, cutting-edge design and integrations across entire software stack, applying principles of distributed technologies, including .net, Java/Jscript, Angular and Web services. Analyze, design and drive solutions for major components and features to ensure that quality standards are met by both onshore and offshore teams. Oversee software development activities on one or more projects and manage the successful completion of technical deliverables, including detailed technical design, software development and unit testing process. Exercise project leadership, relationship building, stakeholder management and vendor resource oversight to ensure secure, high code quality across project deliverables. Work with cross-functional teams for delivery.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience developing software to enhance products and redesign legacy platforms. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) -- must possess the following: Performing code reviews using vb.net, Angular, .net core, React, Azure and Java; analyzing and designing solutions and features, utilizing Use Cases, Features and User Stories in Agile/DevOps environment; working in Java frameworks, including Spring Boot and RESTful API services; and performing container-based development using Microsoft Azure tools, leveraging UDB DB2, Oracle, Docker and Kubernetes.
