Full Stack Team Lead

Join our innovative Full Stack Development team and play a crucial role in building Autofleet’s Optimization Platform and bringing user flows and interactions to life. As a team lead, you will manage a top-notch dev team, grow the team by hiring new rockstar developers, and take a core part in planning and implementing new product capabilities while collaborating with different stakeholders within the company.

This position is based in Tel Aviv.

What You’ll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers, and grow the team by hiring new rock star developers.
• Design, develop, and test AutoFleet’s platform from the ground up, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Create and refine UI/UX components, enhancing user experience and interface design.
• Work closely with our Product Management team to plan and prioritize the roadmap and upcoming sprints.
• Work closely with our customers’ technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and implementing new technologies, supporting product rollout and innovation.
• Develop hybrid mobile applications and the accompanying ecosystem to provide robust and versatile solutions.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Developer and 2 years of experience in team management.
• A BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading E2E development projects
• Proven expertise in architecting and developing large-scale products or services.
• Proficiency with Node.js and web frameworks.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular 2, and Vue.
• Familiarity with React Native, iOS, or Android development is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable architecture and deliver high-quality code.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on simplifying complex challenges.
