Full Stack Team Leader -Python

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Team Leader to join our expanding technology innovation team. This team's responsibility is to build ControlUp’s next technologies to allow organizations to improve user experience, automation, reduce cyber risks,. You’ll lead a team of professionals and will have lots of autonomy and immediate impact in controlling the direction of the product and the technology decisions surrounding it. You will be expected to roll-up your sleeves, rise up to the challenge, emanate creativity, and perform at your very best, within a fun, professional and fast-paced atmosphere.

What you'll do:

• We are looking for a hands-on team leader with excellent backend orientation and a passion for managing.
• Lead a global team of full-stack developers in designing, developing, and deploying web applications using React, Node.js, and Postgres.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentor developers on diverse work practices.
• Identify and solve technical problems.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of industry development experience in Python.
• 2+ years of hands-on management experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
