Required

• At least 7 years of progressive executive recruiting experience

• Proven track record in executive searches within executive search firms or similar recruiting agencies

• Demonstrated success in recruiting CEOs for dynamic venture-backed or private equity entities

• Mastery in talent sourcing and candidate outreach, with a keen ability to identify and engage top-tier executives who not only meet but exceed the expectations of venture-backed and private equity firms

Outcomes

• Run a candidate-focused recruiting process for CEOs of portfolio companies

• Source and engage executive-level passive talent

Skills

• You can manage the recruiting process from in-take to hire

• You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (bonus points for Ashby), Google Drive, and Slack

• Experience with Notion is a plus
