Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our elite team on Madison Avenue. This role is perfect for a driven, charismatic individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for luxury fashion. You’ll work with discerning clientele, offering tailored solutions from our exclusive men’s wear collection while driving sales and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized styling advice and product expertise. • Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and store targets. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and brand loyalty. • Stay informed on current fashion trends, product details, and brand standards. • Collaborate with the team to ensure a polished and welcoming store environment. • Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations as needed. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or high-end menswear. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a sophisticated clientele. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and thrive in a commission-based environment. • Passion for men’s fashion and an eye for detail. • Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a polished appearance. • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
